KWALITEISCONTROLE

Onze Chinese kruiden zijn bereid in overeenstemming met de internationale G.M.P. productienormen (G.M.P.=Good Manufacturing Practice).
Bij de aankoop van zijn grondstoffen voldoet huisdierendokter volledig aan de internationale CITES reglementering, dit zijn bepalingen omtrent beschermde dier- en plantsoorten uitgevaardigd door de Conventie van Washington.

Bij gespecialiseerde kruidentelers worden de grondstoffen aangekocht. Deze dienen aan de hoogste kwaliteitseisen te voldoen.

De grondstoffen worden hiervoor onderworpen aan een volgende uiterst strenge controle:

Identificatie door macroscopisch en microscopisch onderzoek
Chemische identificatie
Controle op zuiverheid en kwaliteit
Analytische controle van de actieve inhoudstoffen met behulp van heavy metal limit test, micro biological test, TLC test(Thin Layer Chromotography) HPLC test(High Pressure Liquid Chromatography)
Controle op aanwezigheid van: Sulfaat, Ethanol restanten, Aristolochiazuur, Arsenicum, Cadmium, Lood, Choraat, organische fosfaat, zware metalen, residu van pesticiden, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Staphylococcus aureus(S.aureus), Salmonella, Escherichia coli(E.coli), Staphylococccen, Aflatoxines en Salmonella.

Voor elke grondstof wordt een "certificate of analysis" opgemaakt, waarop alle technische gegevens zijn vermeld, zoals:

batchnummer, product naam, botanische naam, extractie ratio, type van extractie, productie datum, complete fysische kwaliteitscontrole, complete chemische kwaliteitscontrole en complete microbiologische kwaliteitscontrole.

De grondstoffen voldoen hiermee ruimschoots aan de "National Nutrition Foods Association".
